Returns or re-deliveries are provided if:

-The package is lost (no tracking update for 15+ days).
-The package arrives damaged (must be reported within 3 days of delivery).
Refunds or re-delivery are not provided if:
-The customer simply dislikes the product.
-Cancellation is requested after shipping.
-Delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable recipient
